18×84 WL VINYL W/BUNGEE

When we sat down to design and manufacture 18” x 84” Wide Load banners, we asked ourselves, "Why just have banners with grommets?? Meant for the trucker who is moving a Wide Load and needs a tough and rugged banner, we start with a heavy 13 oz. safety yellow vinyl material and laminate it to a 9 x 9 polyester scrim. We then put two heavy duty 3/8" bungee cords on either end, which provides 4 attaching hooks at the corners. Our material is first sewn around the bungee cord, then we sew on a heavy extruded vinyl welting over the end. This prevents the bungee and the banner from coming apart. The 12” black lettering is printed on the safety yellow background. Our bungee banners can last thousands of miles while on the road. Made in the USA Bigger. Stronger. Safer. Ms. Carita SafeTruck.
