We’ve been making truck safety signs and banners for over 50 years. As One of SafeTruck's legacy truck safety products, this 18” x 84” reflective OVERSIZE LOAD banner has a heavy reflective yellow urethane coated surface over a vinyl laminated 9 oz. tarpaulin. The 12” black letters are printed on the safety yellow reflective material. We double needle stitch black edge binding on the top and bottom and put two heavy duty 3/8" bungee cords on either end, which provides 4 attaching hooks at the corners. We first sew the material around the bungee cord, and then we sew on a heavy extruded vinyl welting over the end. This prevents the bungee and the banner from coming apart.
