12 x 60 MESH OVERSIZE LOAD BANNER WITH BUNGEES

When we sat down to design and manufacture 12” x 60” mesh OVERSIZE LOAD banners, we asked ourselves, "Why just have banners with grommets”? Meant for the trucker who is moving an Oversize Load and needs a tough and rugged mesh banner. This yellow square of 9 oz. vinyl coated polyester scrim fits the bill and has 2 heavy duty 3/8" bungee cords on either end providing 4 attaching hooks at the corners. We first sew the material around the bungee cord, then we sew on a heavy extruded vinyl welting over the end. This prevents the bungee and the banner from coming apart. Our mesh bungee banners can last thousands of miles while on the open road. With 12 yarns per square inch this material provides that needed strength yet still allows a 30% air flow for less wind resistance and high visibility. The 10” black lettering printed on a safety yellow background. Finally, the double needle stitching and black edge binding on the top and bottom ensures this American Made mesh “OVERSIZE” load banner will last miles on the road while you move that Oversize Load.
