Fabrication and Assembly

You will help assemble, package, and label products, operate equipment such as shrink-wrap machines and table saws, and ensure all tasks follow safety guidelines. Additional responsibilities include reporting machine issues, maintaining a clean workspace, minimizing material waste, and documenting daily production activities.

Finisher

We are looking for a dependable team member to cut holes, fasten grommets, and attach staffs to flags according to job specifications. Responsibilities include packaging banners for transport, operating a shrink-wrap machine, and labeling products
accurately. You will also help minimize material waste, document daily production activities, report equipment or product issues, and keep your work area clean and safe while following company policies and safety regulations. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

Sewing Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled individual to set up, operate, and maintain industrial sewing machines. Key duties include preparing materials according to job specifications, accurately measuring and cutting materials, and applying expertise to sew, hem, reinforce, or decorate products. You will monitor machine operation, ensure consistent sewing quality, label finished products, and promptly report any issues to management. Maintaining safety standards and performing other related tasks as assigned are essential parts of this role.

Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a customer-focused team member to efficiently process customer information, respond to inquiries, and handle orders via phone, email, or fax. Key responsibilities include writing up and entering orders, confirming order acknowledgements, maintaining organized customer files, and tracking on-time deliveries. You will also analyze accounts, submit weekly activity reports, assist with order fulfillment, and provide general administrative support to the Verdi plant. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a reliable team member to receive and inspect incoming shipments, accurately prepare and package outgoing orders, and store materials safely within the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining shipping logs and documentation, coordinating courier services, and resolving any shipping issues. You will also count inventory, submit purchase requests, and communicate shipping and receiving details to the appropriate departments. Keeping the warehouse organized and safe, and performing other related duties as assigned, are essential to this role.
