OCTOBER CONTEST WINNER
Congratulations to Kirk Fichter of Lakeside, California – SafeTruck’s October 2013 Oversize Load Winner! Mr. Fichter is the owner and driver for Kirk’s Trucking Inc. Mr. Fichter will haul general freight, motor vehicles, construction machinery, logs/poles/beams/lumber, metal sheets/coils/rolls, building materials and other large objects like his winning heavy haul – a 1,600 sq. ft. wood house!
The house was transported only 12 miles from Spring Valley, CA to Chula Vista, CA; however it represents a true OVERSIZE LOAD with DIMS of approximately 15’ 6” tall, 80’ long and 32’ wide! Mr. Fichter used SafeTruck OSL banners and flo-orange safety flags to make the move. The SafeTruck products were purchased at Inland Kenworth in El Cajon, CA and Mr. Fichter told us “THANKS FOR MAKING GREAT PRODUCTS THAT LAST AND HELP US DO OUR JOB!!”
