SEPTEMBER CONTEST WINNER
Congratulations to Erin Cronan of Birmingham, Alabama…SafeTruck’s September 2014 Oversize Load Contest Winner!
Mr. Cronan’s winning entry is a chase pilot car for a heavy haul of steel bridge trusses, transported from Montgomery, AL to the Alabama/Georgia line. Mr. Cronan and his partner, Jesse Elser own Esler Pilot Car and provide lead/chase car and traffic control services in the state of Alabama.
The load of trusses weighed approximately 140,000 pounds and was 3-4 feet high and 4 feet wide. The truck and trailer with the trusses were legal width and 120 feet long. SafeTruck Oversize Load Banners and Red Safety Flags were used on the pilot car and the load. Mr. Cronan purchases his SafeTruck products from TruckPro Birmingham.
